How long should my hair be before waxing?

About a quarter inch — roughly the length of a grain of rice, or two to three weeks of growth after shaving.

Can I wax if I use retinol or acne medication?

Topical retinoids and some acne treatments make skin more fragile, so waxing those areas isn't recommended. For the face, threading is a gentler alternative — ask us.

Does waxing hurt?

There's a quick sting as the wax is removed that fades fast. It usually feels easier with regular appointments.

How often should I wax?

Every four to six weeks suits most people and keeps hair on a consistent growth cycle.
